Before cooking marinate the meat for at least 1 hour or overnight, you can do it in the pot.
Cut the beef into bite size pieces, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of mustard, rosemary and oil. - 2
Cook the meat in the marinade until it's browned.

Remove the meat from the pot while leaving the liquids. Add the onion and garlic and saute them for a few minutes then add the root vegetables.

After 10 minutes, add the water, wine, bayleafs, plums, and chilli.
Return the meat.
Cook on low heat for 60 min. - 5
Add the tomato paste, pepper, paprika and check for salt.
Cook for an additional 5-10 min. - 6
Serve with pasta or bread.
