First wash Sabudana in a bowl with water evenly two to three times. Take these Sabudana in a bowl and add 1 cup of water and leave it for four to five hours. After four to five hours, if the sabudana break, then spread them on a clean cloth for 10 minutes.

Now take Sabudana in a bowl, add boiled grated potatoes, crushed peanuts, ginger chilli paste, chilli powder, sugar, salt and lemon juice to it and mix it well and make a dough. Take a small ball form it and make tikkis of any shape.

Now take a kadhai heat oil. Deep fry Vada on both sides till golden brown. Take it out on a plate. Sabudana Vada is ready now. Serve hot with sweet chutney.
