  • 1/2 KgBeef Qeema (mota) (ziyada b lein sakty hain)
  • 4Medium Onion (slice me kat lein)
  • 3sy 4 darmiyany Timatar
  • Sabit garam masala thora thora
  • 2 tbs/ to taste Namak
  • 3 tbs/ to taste Lal Mirch
  • Halftbs Haldi
  • 1 1/2 tbspDhania (pissa hua)
  • 1 tspGaram masala (pissa hua)
  • 1/2 tspJaiefal javetri (mila kar pissi hoe)
  • 1 tbs/ as required Adrak lehsan paste
  • 1 cup/ as required Oil
  • Halfcup Dahi
  • 1/4 tspZardy ka rang
  • 2-3 tbspor As Required Kewra water
  • 1Medium Onion (Bhagar k liy)
  • As Required Hara dhania hari mirchen
  • Ingredients Rice k liy :
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1 tbsAdrak lehsan paste
  • Garam masala sabit (thora thora)
  • 1 tbspgaram masala (pissa hua)
  • As required Namak

    Pateli me oil garam karein.

  2. 2

    Piyaz or sabit garam masala dal k piyaz golden karein.

  3. 3

    Phr adrak lehsan or qeema dal k bhonen.

  4. 4

    Qeema adrak lehsan me bhun jaey to dahi dal k bhonen.

  5. 5

    Phr namak mirch haldi pissa dhania dal k bhoonen zarort pary to thora thora pani dal k bhonty rhen.

  6. 6

    Jab masala bhun jaey to qeemay k galnay k hisab sy pani dal k qeema gala lein.

  7. 7

    Qeema gal jaey to timatar dal k bhonen or phr jaefal javetri dal k Achi trha mix karein 2 mint pakaen.

  8. 8

    Phr masoor ki dal jo ubal k rkhi thi wo us me dal k mix karein.

  9. 9

    Ab Hari mirch sabit or hara dhania kat k dalen 5 mint dum pe rkhen phr cholhy sy utar lein.

  10. 10

    Rice k liy :Dosri pateli me oil garam karein garam masala sabit adrak lehsan paste dal k bhonen.

    Phr pissa garam masala dalen Achi trha mix kar ke 5 glass pani dal k ubal any dein.

  12. 12

    Phr chawal dal dein sath namak dal dein or chakh lein agr zara brabar sa namak tez hota hy pani me to chawal pakny k bd theek rehta hy.

    Pehly tez flame par pakaen phr flame medium krden.

  14. 14

    Jab halki kasar baqi ho k dum pe aa jaey pani bilkul na ho chawal me to us me sy adhy chawal kisi Pateli me nikal Lein.

  15. 15

    Qeemay k masalay ki teh lgaen phr uper sy chawal ki teh lagadein.

  16. 16

    Hara dhania hari mirch dal k zardy ka rang kewara water me ghol k dalen or dum pe rakh dein.

  17. 17

    Kisi pan me thora sa oil garam karein or 1 medium size ki piyaz slice kat k dalen or golden kar k chawal k uper dal dein.

  18. 18

    Chawal dum pe aa jaen or gal jaen to mix kar ke nikalen or serve karein.

  19. 19
