1/2 kgboneless fish
1egg
1/2 cupcornflour
2 tblsflour
1 tblslemon juice
1tesp chilli flakes
1tesp paprika powder
1/2tesp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2tesp soya sauce
1/2 tblshot sauce
Oil for frying

Marinate fish fingers with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, paprika powder and egg.

Also add hot sauce and soya sauce, corn flour and flour.
Mix well. Keep in fridge for 30 min at least.

Deep or shallow fry all marinated fish till crispy and golden brown.
