Kashmiri lal mirch ko dhoo kar overnight water mein soaked kar dein.

Overnight soaked Kashmiri lal mirch or 1 cup blender mein dal kar blend kar Ke paste bana lay.

Pan mein oil dal kar chopped garlic fry karay phir ready paste dal dein.

Phir namak, vinegar, sugar, kuyti lal mirch or ketchup dal kar mix karay.

Pan ko cover kar Ke 5 se 10 min Ke liya paka lein.

Ready to serve with momos and dumplings
