Steps
- 1
Just warm the water then add your yeast. Add salt and cinnamon spice. Also add the margarine in the mix.
- 2
Add flour to the mixture and knead the dough. Make sure the dough isn't hard but soft.
- 3
Cover the dough and leave to sit at room temperature for 40 min for the dough to rise.
- 4
After 30 min knead the dough again. Then cut and shape into several balls as you will wish. Apply some oil on the balls to avoid them cracking.
- 5
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- 6
Having no decent baking tin we will use the oven's tray. Sprinkle some flour on it first then place your balls evenly spaced.
- 7
Place your balls into the oven and bake for 160°C for 20 minutes. Please don't open the oven frequently to avoid cold draft of air.
- 8
After the estimated time remove now your cinamon scones and air to cool.
- 9
Enjoy with a cup of tea or bowl of soup.
Delicious!
