Ingredients

  1. 500g
  2. 1 cupMilk
  3. 11/2 tbspBaking powder
  4. 100 gSugar
  5. 100 gMargarine
  6. 1egg

    Sift your flour and baking powder and add margarine untill you get a breadcrumbs like mixture.

  2. 2

    Make a well in the middle and add sugar and milk.
    Mix well but don't over do it. Shouldn't be soft like for chapati.

  3. 3

    Let it rest for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    On a flat surface,roll your dough and make your desired shapes.
    Apply egg wash on top.

  5. 5

    Place them on your baking tray on your preheated oven at 180degrees for 20 mins.

  6. 6

    Once ready,place them on a cooling rack.
    Enjoy with your favorite drink 🥰

For 500gm all purpose flour the number of tbsp of baking powder isn't clear. Is it 1/2 tbsp or 11/2tbsp baking powder. I think there's an error. Could you please be clear on that?
