Steps

Separate eggs yolk and whites

Mix yolk and yogurt until well blended

Add baking soda to egg white and whisk until a medium stuff peak

Fold the yolk mixture to egg white and gold in some salt

Portion into 8 equal parts (leave a lot of space between). Bake for approx 12 mins at 400 deg f
They will look fluffy but will deflate as they cool.
Option: sprinkle with seasoning or cinnamon sugar for something sweet. I like a bit of garlic powder on them.
