Ingredients

Coconut jelly;
500 mlcoconut milk
400 ml water
1 tbsp agar agar powder
150 g sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Steps

Soak Agar agar in the water for 20 minutes. Bring to boil over medium heat until the agar agar dissolve. Add sugar, salt and coconut milk. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve. Then add the red ruby. Ready to put into the mold. Allow them to cool down completely. Chill it before serve. 🥰🥰🥰
