Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2spotty banana, mashed
  2. 2 tbsp.creamy peanut butter
  3. 1/4 cupGreek yogurt
  4. 3/4 cupmilk
  5. 1-2 tbsp.honey
  6. 1 tsp.vanilla extract
  7. 1 cuprolled oats
  8. 1 tbsp.chia seeds
  9. 1 tsp.cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a medium bowl, mash the banana, then whisk in the peanut butter, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in the oats and chia seeds.

    Separate into 2 small containers and place them in the fridge overnight.
