Here's an adaptation of KFC sticky fried wings with a twist of sesame seeds as seen on Mandi Sarro's youtube channel

Wash the wings, pat to dry and poke poke them with a fork

Add a tsp of salt, black pepper, paprika, (or cayenne pepper if you don't mind the heat) and finally add 2tbsp of corn flour

Deep fry and set aside when done and crispy

Prepare the sticky sauce by adding a tbsp of dark soy sauce and 4 tbsps of honey and some water. Let it bubble up for a few minutes then toss in the crunchy crispy deep fried wings and toss and toss..

Serve and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
