Ingredients

  1. 1whole chicken
  2. 1 Tbspolive oil
  3. 2 Tbspgarlic powder
  4. 1 Tbsponion powder
  5. 3 TbspChica Licka Bam Bam seasoning
  6. 1 Tbspparsley
  7. 1 Tspthyme
  8. 1 Tsppaprika
  9. 1 Tspblack pepper
  10. 1 Tbspkosher salt
  11. 1medium onion (peeled and sliced in half)
  12. 1 StickButter (cut into thick slices)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.

    Add together all dry seasoning ingredients. Mix together in a small bowl.

    Remove chicken from packaging. Remove any chicken pieces from the cavity and neck.

    Pat chicken down with a paper towel and place on a roasting rack. I filled my roasting rack with 1 Cup of water for moisture.

    Rub olive oil all over chicken.

    Rub seasoning mixture over entire chicken.

    Shove the onion halves into the chicken cavity. If you're confused by that, then shove the onion up the chicken's butt! Huzzah!

    Cover those tiny little wing tips with foil and truss up those gorgeous legs! She's a kinky girl and she wants her legs tied up! (Safe word is Moogle)

    Now add the butter slices on top of the chicken. I went with a whole stick of butter because I'm here for a good time, not a long time.

    Place chicken in oven that's been preheated to 375 Fahrenheit.

    After 45 min, baste chicken. Repeat every 20 minutes.

    Dinner is done once the breast meat is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
