With Yellow Cherry Tomatoes this one pot wonder gets to a different level altogether. A classic Olive Oil and Garlic sauce that's usually served with Spaghetti. Spelled as Alio E Olio, this is the simplest of all Pasta. A bland dish to be precise, but it is still the easiest and the best to enjoy for a simple meal.
Some say that it originated between Naples and Rome. It's unclear but it is an Italian dish. But one thing is clear that it's made very easily and quickly too, just in about 20 minutes.
A five-ingredient recipe that requires Olive Oil, Chilli, Parsley, Garlic, and Spaghetti. A great cheapest quick meal that's become one of the most satisfying pasta dishes.
And there's no Cheese in it. If you really want to add some, then do it behind closed doors, otherwise, you may as well start a new revolution.😄
That's all about this simple dish. What are you cooking for Lunch?

Steps
- 1
Boil spaghetti al dente with a little bit of salt to taste and drain. Keep it aside until use.
- 2
Heat oil in a Kadai. Saute garlic for a few minutes on low heat until light brown in color. Add red chilli flakes or powder as per one's own preference. And finally, toss in the boiled spaghetti.
- 3
Also, add chopped parsley or coriander leaves. Mix well and that's it. As simple as that. Cover and let it heat up for about 5-6 minutes.
- 4
It's all ready to be dished out. Serve it piping hot with anything of your choice alongside it. Yum!
