Home cooked Bluefin Tuna in Soy Sauce

This is a bluefin tuna recipe I made inspired by adobo. In this cooking, I used potato, garlic, onion, red chili, bluefin tuna, salt & pepper.
The flavor is catered to Filipino palate, I can say because it’s a bit salty and spicy. I marinated the tuna with soy sauce, garlic, pepper, salt, and red chili before cooking to be more flavorful. Marinating time is 20 minutes.
This dish is paired well with rice ( a lot of it! 😅) and soda for drink.
