In a pan add water and blanch spinach for 2 minutes. Cool it down

In a pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and ginger,blanched spinach, green peas, capsicum, salt. Mix and saute for 5 minutes. Cool the mixture completely and grind it coarsely.

Take the grinded mixture in a bowl. Add boiled potatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala powder, salt to taste, coriander leaves, mint leaves, gram flour, bread crumbs. Mix well and form a dough.

Apply oil to hands. Make lemon size balls and press into tikki. Place a cashewnut in tikki. Heat oil and deep fry the kababs till golden brown.

Serve Hot with chutney or sauce.
