Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 250 gmladyfinger
  • 2onion
  • 6-7 garlic pods
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 chili
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  • 1/2 tspchili flakes
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspcorrainder powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masla powder
  • 1/2 tsp aamchur powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat mustard oil, add jeera, green chili and garlic

  2. 2

    Add onion and cook till it becomes light brown

  3. 3

    Add bhindi and cook for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Add chili flakes, haldi powder,dhaniya powder and garam masala powder

  5. 5

    Add salt

  6. 6

    Add aamchur powder and cook for 2 minutes and it’s ready to serve
