In a clean pot add the milk and water to stir well
Put it on fire in a low heat and keep stirring until it boil - 2
Take it off and let it cool in normal temperature. Then pour the plain yogurt into the milk and stir it.

Pour it in a clean air tight and cover it with kitchen towel put it in warm place for about 8 hours
