Steps

Wash poha and add salt, sugar and haldi

Steam poha for 5 minutes

Fry peanuts in pan
- 4
Add jeera, rai, saunf, curry leaves, chili, onions and capsicum
- 5
Make jeerwan powder- Garam masala, red chili powder, aamchur, dhaniya powder, kala namak, black pepper powder.

Add poha, add jeerwan powder add peanuts
- 7
Squeeze a lemon. Add dhainya for garnishing
And serve hot.
