3 clovesgarlic
Sauce:soy sauce, wine, white pepper, flour, sugar, dark soy
1 tbspcooking oil
Halfcup water

Steps

Heat wok then stir fry garlic until aromatic.

Then add the leeks. Mix it then add half cup of water. Let it simmer.

Then add in tofu and the sauce. Reduce fire into low then simmer.

Slowly mix it then simmer again until cook.
