(Preparation) Put razor clams into salted cold water for few hours to take out sand. It may be not necessary, if it has been washed out already.

Chopped garlic and chilli onto a pan with vegetable oil with mid heat until the smell comes out.

Add razor clams on the pan, pour sake or shaoxing wine, and put on lid for 4,5 minuites.

Add the mixture of sauce written in the ingredient section above, and stir fry for another few minuites. Then, add chopped spring onion.

That's it. The sauce has a great flavour, and it could be used for noodles, too.
