Collect all ingredients together
In a bowl add rice flour and slowly ass 1 cup water and mix that no lumps has been formed.add remaining water,mix well - 2
Add chopped veggies and spices.mix well. Make a running consistency batter.

Grease a pan with little oil heat the pan on medium to high flame,turn the flame low,Then take a katori full of the thin batter and spread it on the pan.

Cook on medium flame about 3-4 minutes when it is crisp and brown from one side, flip it and cook from another side. fold it and transfer in a plate. Prepared all dosa like this.

Enjoy the crispy dosa with peanut chutney.
