Spicy Mango Sauce (for fish or chicken)

This might be one of the best sauces I have ever tasted. I was looking for some way to use up some leftover fresh mango purée that I use to make mango margaritas. It is a great sauce for chicken and fish. Not over powering, but sweet with some heat.

Homemade Spicy Peanut Sauce (Indonesian Sambel Kacang) Homemade Spicy Peanut Sauce (Indonesian Sambel Kacang)
This peanut sauce originated from Indonesia, also known as a sambel kacang or sambel pecel. It made from fried or roasted peanuts and then added chili and spices, blend or grind it into smooth peanut paste. Nowadays besides in Indonesia, peanut sauce is widely used in cuisine worldwide such as China, Thailand, and Vietnam in various versions and recipes. Peanut sauce can be use as salad dressing, satay (meat skewers), dipping sauce for any appetizers such as egg rolls or spring rolls, also can enjoy it over steamed rice or steamed vegetables. You can buy ready -to-eat Indonesian peanut sauce in most of Asian store. But the taste quite little bit different. I like to make my own peanut sauce, since it’s easy to make, and of course I will have a better taste peanut sauce than the ready-to-eat one. The ingredients I used are very simple as well as the steps how to make it. Nia Hiura -

Super Easy Fish Sauce Wings Super Easy Fish Sauce Wings
These turned out very good. I was afraid they would have a heavy fish sauce taste, I marinated them for 3 hours. I couldn't be more wrong. They were crisp outside, tender inside, cooked through. Nice flavor that wasn't overpowering at all.I'm not a fan of frying, but these were so easy, and good, they will be on the menu more often. There seems to be a lot of steps, but I wanted everyone to see in reality how easy it is, and what to expect. So don't let the number of steps scare you off. Fo Fa -
