1 tbsKasuri Methi
4-5 tbsoil for dough
as per tasteSalt

Take a bowl and add 1/2 kg maida and oil and knead a proper soft dough.

Shape the dough like mathri.

Heat the oil and add mathri for deep fry

Your crispy methi mathri is ready to eat.
Store in a tight container and enjoy it with tea..!!😋😋
