It’s a perfect recipe when you are bored with regular cooking and are out of options or looking for quick fix or a easy recipe for a busy morning. Enjoy it with smoothies or fresh glass of juice.
Steps

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, garlic, ginger and chili.

Now add onions and cook till it’s golden.

Add capsicum and beans and cook for 5 minutes.

Add masala and mix well.

Add tomatoes and salt and cook till it becomes soft and mushy.

Optional- At this stage, you can add soy sauce and ketchup.
- 7
Add crumbled bread. And mix everything well. Cover it with a lid and cook for 2 minutes. And than serve it hot with a fresh glass of juice.

Note- I have used home-made bread as it is healthier than market one.
