  • 1Onion
  • green chilies
  • tomato each
  • 1/2 t. spoonchat masala,
  • 1/4 t. spoon aamchur powder
  • 1/4 Cupsev, chopped coriander for garnishing,

  1. 1

    In kadai add 1 t. spoon. ghee, Add 1/4 t. so. chilli powder. Roast makhana for 4-5 minutes. Keep aside.

    Chop onion, tomato, green chilies,, coriander

    In bowl add onion, tomato, green chilies, makhana. Mix well. Add sev, aamchur powder; chat masala. Mix properly. Garnish with coriander
