Steps

In a blender jar, add in scotch bonnets, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, oil, lemon juice, seasoning cubes and blend till smooth. Pour in a bowl.

Then add in thyme, parsley flakes, italian seasoning, coriander, black pepper and mix. Keep aside.

Wash the chicken thoroughly and drain with tissue or towel. Apply the mixture in the whole chicken.

Marinate for some hours or overnight in the fridge. Then grill for 1hr or more, until it's done. Serve and enjoy.
