Bacon and Winter Melon in Cream Sauce

I was thinking of a different way to eat winter melon. This is what I came up with!
Use a spatula when you're adding the water-dissolved katakuriko to make sure the winter melon doesn't fall apart.
Adjust the amount of grated cheese according to your liking. *I recommend using lots! For 2 servings. Recipe by EnjoyKitchen
