  1. 32 ozpineapple juice
  2. 32 ozorange juice
  3. 8 ozSriracha
  4. 8 ozwhite sugar

    in medium sauce pan, bring juices to boil, turn heat down to simmer

  2. 2

    while juice reduces, heat sugar in batches to light golden brown and pour immediately in to reducing juices

  3. 3

    when reduced to half volume, add sriracha, chill and enjoy on chicken, salmon, or lamb
