Delicious Hanpen Wrapped in Bacon

I ate hanpen and bacon at a yakitori place when I was in Tokyo.
Wondering if I could make it at home, I came up with this variation that requires a oven.
You can also wrap up sliced cheese or shiso leaves along with the hanpen.
Try making your own variation. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Ponie

Cook in a oven. Sprinkle olive oil, then salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes in a preheated oven.

It's ready to eat when the bacon and the hanpen is nicely browned like this.
