Schezwan fried rice

Take all the needed ingredients.

Wash and soak the rice around 30minutes.

In a pot,take 5cups of water. Add 1spoon oil and required salt. let's boil.

Once it boils add soaked rice and turn the flame into medium.cook the rice around 8minutes.then filter the water.

Spread the rice to a plate and dry it.

In a hot pan,add oil and do seasoning with grated ginger and garlic. Then add sliced onions and other vegetables,salt. its not necessary to cook the veggies completely.cook them as crunchy is enough.

Add Schezwan sauce and tomato sauce,soya sauce and mix well with veggies.

Now add cooked rice, pepper powder and required salt.mix well without breaking the rice.Finaly spready some spring onions.

That's all. Tasty and colourful Schezwan fried rice is ready.
