Ingredients

6-8 ppl
  • Olive oil spray
  • 3-4 lbcorn beef brisket (less fat, or trim fat off)
  • 1 cansauerkraut
  • 2 cupswater
  • Baby carrots
  • halfBaby potatoes cut in

Steps

  1. 1

    Spray crock pot, put a layer of sauerkraut, place corn beef brisket on top, add carrots, potatoes around and on top, pour rest of sauerkraut and add water.

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 8 hours.
    We served with bread. Use leftovers to make ruben sandwhiches.
