Ingredients

8 hrs
6-8 ppl
  1. Olive oil spray
  2. 3-4 lbcorn beef brisket (less fat, or trim fat off)
  3. 1 cansauerkraut
  4. 2 cupswater
  5. Baby carrots
  6. halfBaby potatoes cut in

Steps

8 hrs
  1. 1

    Spray crock pot, put a layer of sauerkraut, place corn beef brisket on top, add carrots, potatoes around and on top, pour rest of sauerkraut and add water.

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 8 hours.
    We served with bread. Use leftovers to make ruben sandwhiches.
