I recently purchased a canister of protein puffs. I am a big fan of protein bars. Making your own protein bars can be tricky. I like to use IMO pre_biotic fiber it holds the bars together nice adds fiber to your diet and doesn't lend much to the calorie count. I purchased the puffs from amazon they are made by promix nutrition, IMO comes in powder or syrup form, I also used an unflavored protein powder from Genepro. I would also recommend a silicone bar mold. I made 3 small bars Honeybeelifting -
