A friend of mine sent this to me years ago, not sure where she got it.

U dont have to use the heaths bits or the pecans it still will taste good ..this is a recipe great for kids to have.

Use 1/3 cup peanut butter if chunky. Otherwise, use 1/4 cup.

I recently purchased a canister of protein puffs. I am a big fan of protein bars. Making your own protein bars can be tricky. I like to use IMO pre_biotic fiber it holds the bars together nice adds fiber to your diet and doesn't lend much to the calorie count. I purchased the puffs from amazon they are made by promix nutrition, IMO comes in powder or syrup form, I also used an unflavored protein powder from Genepro. I would also recommend a silicone bar mold. I made 3 small bars

Its an irresistible flavor. You can add chocolate on top if you like, to use as candy. This batch will have Nutella.
