I got a souvenir from Tokyo Disneyland and took inspiration from the bag it came in to make this.

If you make the ears big enough you can easily create Mickey Mouse's head. It makes it easier if you cut out the shapes in the nori the night before. For 1 serving. Recipe by Minyominyo

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/3of a child's rice bowl Plain cooked rice
  2. 1Nori seaweed
  3. 1/4 sliceSliced cheese
  4. 1Carrot, ham, etc.

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put the filling of your choice in the rice and mould into a ghost shape by hand. The shape is like a leaf.

  2. 2

Cut out round pieces of nori for the ears and stick on the cheese. Cutting the cheese along the outline of the nori with a toothpick will give a nice finish.

  3. 3

Cut out the eyes, ears and mouth. If you like, use ham, carrot or crab sticks to make a tongue.

  4. 4

As an extra, cut a red wiener sausage into an octopus shape and boil. Give it a ghost's face for effect!
