Steps

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add dalchini, elaichi, green chilli & ginger, saute it for 30 sec. Add tomato puree & salt, mix it well.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add green chilli paste & Kashmiri red chilli powder, mix it well.

Add dahi now, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until oil has surfaced.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, mix it well.

In goes matar & paneer, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.

Add dhania patta, stir it. In goes 1/2 cup boiled water, mix it well. Give a boil.

Cook it covered on low flame until saucy. Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania sprig.
