  1. 3 ozchicken breast (about 90 grams)
  2. 1/2 cupdiced pineapple
  3. 1/2 cupMexican salad (tomato, onion, cilantro)
  4. 3nopal tortillas
  5. 1/3avocado
  6. Pastor seasoning, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken breast into small pieces or thin slices. Season the chicken and grill over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt if desired.

    Once the chicken is cooked on both sides, set aside.

    Warm the nopal tortillas on a skillet and fill them with the chicken to make tacos.
