  1. 1 cupwheat flour knead to paratha like dough
  2. 3 tbspsattu ka atta
  3. 3 tbspgreen onion chopped
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspoil
  9. 2 tbspwater

  1. 1

    In a pan mix sattu atta, green onions, all the spices, water and oil to form the stuffing

    Now roll the paratha and place enough mixture in between the paratha. And roll again

    Cook on medium flame on both the sides., apply oil.

    Serve hot with curd or sauce
