  • 200 gboiled and mashed raw banana
  • For the spice mixture
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tspfennel seeds
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2-3bay leaves
  • 4-5cloves
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/2 inchcinnamon
  • 4-5black peper corns
  • For the batter
  • 1 cupbesan or chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater

    Dry roast the spices and grind it. Add thess spices to mashed banana and mix well. Add a tsp of lemon juice

    For the batter, mix besan, rice flour salt and water

    Make the banana mixture balls and dip in the batter. Deep fry on medium flame

    Serve hot with sauce, sweet chutney
