red chilli powder
turmeric powder
cumin powder
coriander powder
garam masala powder
dry mango powder
asfoetida
salt
oil

Mix all powdered spices and keep aside

Peel and wash potatoes.

Cut potatoes and apply powdered spices till all potatoes are very well coated.

In a pan heat oil and place all potatoes. Cook till potatoes are soft.

Serve Hot with Rice and daal.
