Wash and chop kaddu, tomato, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves.

👉Heat cooking oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds splutter add coriander seeds, fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds. Saute for 1 minute. Add chopped tomato, ginger and saute for 1 minute.
👉Add all the dry masale except garam masala and mix well.
👉Add chopped kaddu and raw mango and mix and saute for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 bowl of water and mix. Place the lid and pressure cool till 2 whistles. Switch off the flame. - 3
Open the lid. Add chopped coriander leaves and garam masala and mix. Mash it with ladle till it is thoroughly mashed and mixed like bharta.

Serve hot with puri Or paratha.
