Ingredients

3 servings
  • 5medium eggs
  • 200 mlcoconut milk
  • 1tablespoom coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1teaspoom psylium husk powder
  • Turmeric powder a pinch or two for colour
  • 1/4teaapoon of pink salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all rhe ingredients to make into batter.make sure there is no lump..and everything completelty dissolved

  2. 2

    Pour the mixruee into one of the listed tools below

    And pour the batter into a frying pan with little oil..or on a non stick pan no oil required.

    Swirl into a circular motion until you get a lacy or cob web like pattern

    Once its done,fold into a triangle shape..

  4. 4

    Serve with chicken or beef curry or rendang..

    You can add a plate of salad tomato and boiled eggs if you wnt a complete meal

    I ran out of those 3 so i didnt make any
