Melt the butter over low heat.

Once the butter is melted, add the corn kernels and increase the heat slightly to medium-low.

Sauté for about 3 to 5 minutes, then add the crema or sour cream.

Before it starts to boil, add the chicken bouillon cube. Stir constantly until the cube is fully dissolved into the mixture.

Once the bouillon cube has dissolved, add the sliced poblano peppers. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 5 more minutes.

After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest, covered, for another 5 minutes. It's ready to serve.
