Asparagus Saute with Lots of Grated Cheese

I received a lot of asparagus.
You don't need to peel thin and soft asparagus stems, and you can just use them as is without cutting them. The thicker ones should be peeled and sliced diagonally. The salt and pepper seasoning should be rather strong, and the soy sauce just enough to create an aroma. Recipe by Nico

Wash the asparagus and peel the bottom 1/3 of the stems. Cut it into easy to eat pieces. If the stems are thin and soft, you don't need to peel. Just cut in half.

Melt butter in a pan, throw in the asparagus and fry on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, and once it's cooked through, add soy sauce and toss to coat.

Finally, add grated cheese, stop the heat and allow everything to blend over residual heat. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle black pepper and grated cheese to finish.
