Grilled Asparagus in Garlic, Oyster Sauce, and Mayonnaise

I make this when there's a BBQ. Asparagus is sweeter when grilled than when boiled.
Grill the asparagus on medium heat, turning it as you go. It depends on the thickness of the asparagus, but it should take around 3-5 minutes. In the picture they are a little on the burnt side.
Add as much garlic to the sauce as you like. For 2 servings. Recipe by Nanamama

Garlic & Soy Sauce Fried Rice ♫ With Mayonnaise Garlic & Soy Sauce Fried Rice ♫ With Mayonnaise
My kids said they wanted to eat crumbly fried rice! That was what got me making this ^ ^When making the scrambled egg, if you're using a Teflon non-stick pan, you don't need oil.If the rice is soft it has too much moisture, and won't become crumbly. So I recommend using regular to firm rice. When making multiple servings, it's a bit of a pain, but I recommend limiting how much you make to 2 servings at once. It cooks more efficiently this way. Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise
I came up with this recipe when I was trying to make a substantial and filling dish using cheap thinly cut pork. When you wrap the meat around the filling, it's ok if the filling peeks out a bit.The cheese will melt out a little, but it will get nice and crispy, which is delicious in and of itself. The oyster sauce-mayonnaise combination burns easily, so make sure to lower the heat before you coat the meat rolls in it. For 8 pieces. Recipe by emakatu cookpad.japan -
White Asparaguses Mayonnaise Sauce White Asparaguses Mayonnaise Sauce
I bought some white asparagus at the supermarket.I made a sauce using egg and olive oil. This sauce is lower in calorie than store-bought ones and contains less additives too!To eliminate the natural bitterness of the white asparagus it's important to add butter, sugar and lemon juice to the pot when boiling.Blend the sauce in a bowl suspended over a pan of hot water on a low heat. It should take about 5 minutes.Adjust the amount of salt and mustard to your liking. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan -
