Ingredients

2 people
  • 1 packchings Hakka noodles, chopped veggies like cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, green chillies ginger garlic, spring onion, pepper powder, salt to taste, cooking oil
  • Red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar

    Boil water and put entire pack of noodles and cool till soft.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil and add finely chopped green chillies, ginger garlic. Add all veggies and saute well. Add salt, pepper powder and all Sauce.

  3. 3

    Add cooked noodles and saute well. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
