Steps

Roll dough ball into chapatti thickness

Spread a thin amount of potato puree over the chapatti

Fold in half then spread potato puree over the half side up

Fold into 4 then spread a little more potato puree in the remaining quarter
- 5
Carefully fold the dough into a ball shape without letting the puree come out
- 6
Roll out the ball again into chapatti and cook on both sides then serve hot
- 7
You can even roll out the potato puree ball and freeze for any other time you wish you serve
