Rose-pistachio-coconut truffles

The ideal delicious, energizing treat at any time of day is this truffle recipe. With just 5 ingredients you can have a dessert, tea time treat, snack in just under 20 minutes or even less time! This one is super simple and requires minimal prep or downtime.
All of the ingredients in this Rose-Pistachio-Coconut Truffles can be adapted to your liking. For a stronger rose flavour, add more rose water. If you like to have coconut flavour, substitute the rose water for coconut extract of essence.
Likewise, more condensed milk can be added for a sweeter taste. Sweetened or unsweetened coconut can be used as well. Both works fine. Only use more condensed milk in using unsweetened coconut.
If you like your truffles to be pinkish, add a few drops of pink or red food colour to the mixture to give it the pink hue.
If there are any leftover truffles—which I seriously doubt-- store them in airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
Be assured, the truffles will turn out to be good, delicious and will definitely attract everyone.
Wishing you all a very happy Chand Raat Mubarak and Eid Mubarak!
