Karela cut into round slices. Apply 1 tea spoon salt on it. Put in a strainer for drain bitter water. Keep it on half an hour.

Take a wok add oil. Now karela pieces wash proper in a big bowl at twice. Squeeze it well.

Now add these pieces into hot oil for shallow fry. We cook it on mid flame till crisp or turn into brown color. Onion cut into slices.

When they become cook proper add onion slices in wok. Onion also fry with karela. Now add dry spices with out garam masala.

Mix them very well. At last add tomato puree in it. Mix it also proper & cover the wok with lid. Check it occasionally.

When you find all ingredients cook well together off the flame. Add garam masala on it & leave it for some time to absorb all things proper.

Serve it with roti or paratha. We can store it in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
