First of all took a pan and roast the gram flour. Colour shouldn't change.

Grate the bottle guard. Take off extra water from bottel guard.

Add roasted gram flour. Then add salt, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, Asofoetida, finely chopped green chillies and grated ginger.

Mix them well and make small balls of that mixture. Deep fry them on medium flame until it become golden brown.

Make a smooth paste of onion Garlic and tomatoes.

Take a wok and heat the oil in it. Add onion garlic paste. Now add all the spices into it and a little amount of water so that spice may cook properly.

Roaste above masala until oil get separated. Now add required water and after becoming water boiled add that bottel guard balls.

Take a boil and turn off the gas. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it with chapati or paratha
