Our Family's Dirt-cheap Delicious Ham Cutlets

My husband had eaten this in the past.... so I recreated it for him.
It is very crunchy and delicious. It stays crunchy even after cooling! I recommend this for bento as well. Wrapping the ham in shiso leaves and cheese is also delicious!! For 2 people. Recipe by soratea
