For Baby Food - Allergen-Free Steamed Bread

I found out that my child has allergies. My child doesn't like rice porridge, couldn't drink milk or soy milk and I didn't want him to suffer from a calcium deficiency... So I tried a few things and this was what my child ate a lot of. My child ate a whole bread when he was just 9 months old. 1 bread contains about 50mg of calcium.
I could even make it by pouring the batter directly into the plastic container. In this case, the bottom part had some raw parts and might gather some water. So, I heat it for 1 minute first. Then flipped the container upside down and heated for another 30 seconds, then it became fine.
It will be better and will taste sweeter if the banana is ripe. For 2 cupcake liners worth. Recipe by makaronn21

Steps
- 1
Here are the ingredients. I use joshinko for the flour, which you can buy cheaply.
- 2
Add joshinko and baking powder into a plastic bag and shake to mix.
- 3
Throw in the banana. It was about 86g this time.
- 4
Mash with hands and mix well. It will mix well just with the banana even without adding water.
- 5
Gather the batter to the side and cut off the corner of the plastic bag with scissors.
- 6
Place paper cups in a plastic container and squeeze out the batter into the cups.
- 7
Cover loosely with the lid and heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- 8
Take the lid off to let out the steam and let it cool slightly.
